4TH OF JULY:
We had a fun holiday yesterday. Our good friends who live right by the beach hosted. We met at their house then walked to the beach and spent a few hours there watching the kids chase waves and search for crabs.
When the sun hid behind the clouds we went back to their house and BBQ'd a delicious dinner over drinks. Around 7 we put on a girl movie in one room and a boy movie in one room for the kids and gave them juice and pop corn while we played games ourselves. Then it was off to the roof top deck to watch a few of the surrounding neighborhood fireworks followed by our own fireworks.
It was a late night for the kids but they loved it....
